I am a Canadian Citizen. Can I take free English classes?

Unfortunately, we do not provide services to Canadian citizens. However, there are some class options to improve your English language skills. Here is an updated list of informal English classes and free conversation circles for clients who are not eligible to take federally-funded English classes.
