COVID-19 Update:

Due to the rising numbers of COVID-19 in Winnipeg, particularly in the downtown area, we have decided to temporarily suspend in-person services at WELARC. Our staff will be working from home and will respond to message left on the phone or sent by email. We will continue online services, both assessment and referral in English and French.

If you want to set up an assessment or referral, please leave us a phone message at 204-943-5387 and we will return your call as quickly as we can, or send us email at info@welarc.net . Please be patient as it may take us a little longer to respond.

As much as you can, please stay home and stay safe.

Respectfully,

Debra Schweyer
